Cristina Barrocas Dias is a Full Professor in the Chemistry and Biochemistry Department of the University of Évora. She is the coordinator of the research area Science for the Arts of the HERCULES Laboratory, and coordinator of the Thematic Line 1 – Science and Technology for Cultural Heritage of the IN2PAST (Associate Laboratory for Research and Innovation in Heritage, Arts, Sustainability and Territory).
Her research expertise is the analysis of organic compounds by hyphenated chromatographic methods (LC-MS and GC-MS). Recently she has expanded her interests into the analysis of stable isotopes applied to cultural heritage.
